Cheryl Moran is a retired clinical nurse midwife who we have asked to return to manage and implement special grants that have been awarded to Mile Square Health Center (MSHC) that require ongoing oversight and vigilance. Cheryl Moran is specifically charged with managing and providing reports for the State's Attorney's At Needs Grant which was awarded to MSHC May, 14, 2010. In addition, Cheryl investigates and provides recommendations for resolving complex clinical issues that impact clinical and financial outcomes. Her salary is supported by this grant. This is the most cost effective method for ensuring continuity of care and maximizing revenue. 

Employee works independently on varying clinical special projects and grants as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer for Mile Square Health Center (MSHC) ensuring compliance with federal/state requirements and audits. He/she uses their clinical nursing, management, and research background to manage and coordinate processes within the project scope or grant work. Employee assists to establish programs awarded by current and future grant funds.
