Perform various support tasks for Campus Parking. Handling customer inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining records- physical and electronic, are important functions of this position.

20% Provide assistance to customers by answering the telephone, email or in person inquiries. These inquiries will require identifying customer needs and problems by either personally resolving the problems or identifying the proper resources to help the customer. Provide customers with information concerning parking availability and application procedures. High 20% Collect revenue for parking assignments, violations, and other fees and assessments for services. All revenue collected will be via cash, check, credit card, or miscellaneous requisition, and will be documented through the cash register. High 10% Prepare and maintain complete and accurate records of all forms of income from various sources. This requires the ability to track, update, research, and reconcile discrepancies among revenue sources. High 20% Responsible for creating and updating data in parking access control and revenue management software and other computer systems. High 20% Perform tasks related to office and operation procedures which update daily sales, transfers, and cancellations of parking assignments. This requires the maintenance of accurate and accessible confidential records. Intermediate 5% Assist in the training and supervision of student employees.
