The University of Illinois at Chicago College of Business Administration invites applications for non-tenure system faculty position(s) in the Marketing department. UIC is a Tier 1 research institution located near the heart of Chicago’s business community. Our undergraduate business program has been ranked #1 in Chicago by U.S. News & World Report, and UIC was ranked among the Top 10 Best Value Universities in the U.S. by the Wall Street Journal in both 2019 and 2020. 

The position(s) will encompass either part-time of full-time to teach Managerial Communication, a required course for all undergraduates in the College of Business Administration. The course focuses on writing for a corporate audience, such as email, memos, letters, proposals, and research reports. Candidates should hold a doctorate/terminal degree and/or a master's degree in Business or a field related to the teaching domain. Non-tenure system faculty position(s) in the College of Business Administation Marketing Department.  The position will encompass undergraduate and gradudate teaching, service to the department, college and university, and outreach to business communities. 

To be considered for the position a master's degree, past experience teaching at a four-year college, and a demonstrated record of professional or scholarly accomplishment is expected. Preference will be given to individuals with a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) and/or a Ph.D. in Business Administration (or related field) with a focus on business communication, marketing, or management teaching experience.
