The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Illinois at Chicago
(UIC) is seeking a faculty member to join the Maternal Fetal Medicine Division. The
Division has a long-standing ABOG-approved MFM Fellowship; in July, the fellowship
will be expanded to three MFM fellows. Rank and track will be commensurate with
experience.

Applicant must demonstrate experience and excellence in clinical responsibilities.
Duties will include on and off-site MFM clinics, resident and fellow MFM clinics,
ultrasound, ambulatory procedures, antepartum, surgery, perinatal network activities
including M&M rounds at local hospitals, antepartum and out-of-hospital MFM
coverage. Evidence of prior and ongoing scholarly activity is required. Clinical
genetics expertise advantageous. Educational duties will include teaching and
supervising medical students, residents, and fellows. Proven research in maternal
fetal medicine is desired; transferable external funding will be given special
consideration.

Qualifications: Candidates must have MD degree or equivalent, be eligible for
unrestricted medical license in Illinois, be Board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
and BC/BE in Maternal Fetal Medicine, or equivalent.
