RN Duties

RN Licensed required.

Current AHA BLS/CPR required, ACLS required

Mandatory completion of American Society for Reproductive Medicine Nurse Certification Course in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility within 3 months of hire.

Demonstrated experience in women’s health required, with experience in infertility/IVF, recurrent pregnancy loss, 2 -3 years’ experience preferred

Working knowledge of ASRM standards of practices, regulatory agencies’ (TJC, FDA, etc.) standards of practice, and the terminology and techniques used for IVF, infertility, and RPL.

Working knowledge of IRB certification procedures and compliance preferred.

Strong compassionate interpersonal skills. Strong leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Ability to formulate appropriate computerized reports. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to make decisions independently

Basic computer skills with the ability to become proficient in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) with on-the-job training

Excellent attendance, interpersonal skills and work history required.
