RN Duties

One (1) year of RN experience required. IL Registered Nurse License required. Experience with Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, Stepdown/Telemetry, Post Procedural or Observation patient populations required. Must have experience in preparation and/or delivery of nursing education/orientation.  Experience in change initiatives/quality improvement activities or policy/procedure development preferred. Must work collaboratively with other members of the health care team. ACLS preferred - required within 6 months of hire. BSN required. Must be positive & self-motivated, committed to personal development and improving professional nursing practice. Excellent attendance, interpersonal skills, and work history required.
